• DirectLaw gives you the capability to automate and sell your own legal documents using our document automation software. If you prefer, we can automate your documents for you.
• DirectLaw also lets you sell documents that haven’t been automated or are automated using other software. Simply give the document a name, description and price and your clients will be able to purchase it through your DirectLaw platform.

Sell Legal Advice

• To resolve a legal matter or move on to the next step in a legal action, sometimes the only thing a client needs is an answer to a question or advice from an attorney.
• DirectLaw enables you to meet this need by selling legal advice for a single matter for a fixed fee.
• The legal advice can be delivered via telephone, web cam, or though the DirectLaw Client Portal.
• If you choose to deliver the legal advice through the client portal, DirectLaw will create a threaded conversation that the you and the client can always refer to.
• If you choose to deliver the legal advice via telephone or web cam, DirectLaw will give you a place to record notes about the conversation that only the firm can see.

Sell Legal Document Review

• Sometimes a client may have a document that they would like an attorney to review.
• Examples include:
  • a document the client purchased from a non-attorney provider, such as a will or childcare authorization
  • a document received from another party such as a marital separation agreement or a non-competition agreement
• DirectLaw lets the client upload their document to their Client Portal.
• You can then scan the document and set a fee for your review.
• Once the client pays the fee, you can perform your review.
• You can deliver any comments or revisions to the client through your DirectLaw platform.

Sell Legal Services

• DirectLaw gives you the ability to list and sell fixed-fee legal services to your clients through your platform.
• Simply give your service a name, a description, and a price, and clients will be able to purchase it online with a credit card.
